    Low Back Pain

    Low back pain can be caused by problems with the spinal muscles, nerves, bones or discs. It can be accompanied by nerve-related pain radiating from the low back down the leg.

    Hip Pain

    Can result from muscle imbalances, overuse, bursitis, or joint issues, affecting your movement and daily activities.

    Shoulder Pain

    Including rotator cuff injuries, frozen shoulder, bursitis, or general stiffness, often caused by repetitive movements, imbalances or past injuries.

    Tennis/Golfer’s Elbow

    Pain around the elbow from overuse, repetitive gripping, or strain from sport or work tasks. It can make everyday tasks like lifting, typing, or gripping uncomfortable.

    Postural Concerns

    Pelvic Girdle Pain

    Is the pain in the front or the back of the pelvis, commonly experienced during pregnancy, caused by changes in posture, ligaments, and movement patterns.

    Sprains & Strains

    Injuries to tendons, ligaments, or muscles commonly from sports, falls, or sudden movements. Often when the force of a movement exceeds what the tissue can handle.
